This was the second time we’ve used Joseph and his team. Initially Joseph designed and created a new driveway for us. The work was done to a really high standard for a competitive price. Most recently, the team cleared an area of our garden, replaced our fencing, extended our driveway, installed new hedging and sewed a new lawn. Our plans changed a few times and the team easily adapted. They were super polite, efficient, incredibly hard working and tidy. We recently had our patio completed by Omega Drives and Patios, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the result. From the very beginning, the whole process was extremely professional. Joseph came to provide the quotation and immediately gave us a lot of confidence, everything was explained clearly and transparently, and we felt we were in very good hands. During the installation, the team was fantastic. Alex in particular was incredibly meticulous and detail-oriented, making sure every stone was properly levelled and perfectly placed. You can really see the care and craftsmanship that went into the work. Joseph also checked in regularly throughout the project, calling to make sure everything was going well and to see if we had any questions or concerns. That level of communication and customer care made a big difference and showed how much they care about the quality of their service. The materials used were excellent and the finish of the patio is truly impeccable. The whole team was polite, professional and clearly very experienced. We recently had our driveway extended from tarmac to block paving with a bush removed to make way for the extended driveway. Joe and he’s team were extremely hard working and polite! Joe kept us updated on the next stages at the end of each day. The job was completed to a professional standard. My husband and I are very happy with our new driveway. We have already had compliments from our neighbours, saying how good it looks! We would 100% recommend Omega to anyone who asks and we have plans for our future garden project!
